No. BookieBane is a decision support platform. The models flag statistically significant edges between model-projected spreads and market lines - users see the full math (model spread, market spread, edge size, signal factors) and make the call themselves. BookieBane never uses terms like 'lock' or 'guaranteed.'

What sports does BookieBane cover?

Information you provide: Email address (when signing up or creating an account), account credentials, and any preferences or settings you configure.

Automatically collected: Browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referral source. We collect this through standard web analytics to improve our service.

Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid tier, payment processing is handled by Whop. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or full payment information on our servers. Whop's privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: deliver our service and analytics content; send email communications including signals, newsletters, and product updates; process payments for subscription tiers; improve our platform and develop new features; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Email Communications

Our newsletter and email communications are delivered through Resend, a transactional email service. When you provide your email address, it is used to deliver our daily signal digest and platform communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by replying to any email or contacting us. Transactional emails (account confirmations, billing notices) may still be sent.

5. Data Storage

Account data and platform content is stored using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel (frontend) and Railway (background processing), both of which maintain industry-standard security practices.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

We may share data with: service providers who help us operate the Platform (Supabase, Vercel, Whop, Resend) strictly for the purpose of providing our service; law enforcement if required by law, subpoena, or court order; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though this may limit functionality.
